Well, I know I hadn’t work very much on my blog.

My non-constant writings hadn’t been a fact of laziness but, it’s because my scarce time and my daily "obligation" to open my books..

We thought we have seen all about reality-shows on TV, but we were wrong.

Recently, they have done a new TV program format.. It’s called "Cambio Radical", and it’s emitted on Sunday’s evening. 

This program is for people that need an image change and aren’t happy with their physical appearance.

The participants are submitted to all kind of operations and changes, where there enter surgeons, nutritionists, physical coaches and stylists. They are recorded days before the operations and they talk about their multiple complexes that prevent them a normal daily life.

Then, they spend two months in treatment without seeing their families until the day of the program, where they appear with their new image.

There are lots of mistakes that are committed and hard to be restored, well, save guaranteed plastic surgery it’s not in reach of everybody.

It can cause lots of frustrations in teenagers that are dissatisfied with their physical appearance and could think that surgery is the only solution.

I think that this program is made for cleaning the evil face that plastic surgery has got and promoting people to change any little defect, so, this TV program doesn’t give any profit psychological profit to our society. 

Finally, I have to say that I agree with plastic surgery, but it shouldn’t be treat in such light way as it is treated on TV.

I’ve opened my blog and I’ve seen some comments. I don’t really know what I’ve done, that I’ve deleted it… I’m not notified when someone writes me, and I always have to look to any new comment and allow it.

I’m sorry for those who wrote in my blog and didn’t appear his/her comment. I’ll try to solve that.

Yes, the beach…

This is the place where I feel more comfortable, where I can sit hours and hours watching the view, where I can close my eyes and disconect from everything and everybody, where I don’t miss anything, where I only feel the thin sand, the nice breeze and the waves’ sound, where I meet myself and I think about what’s really important in my life and what it isn’t..

When I most love this place is in winter..when I’m nearly alone and all is in peace..

I go there as soon as I can, when I need a good doose of stillness.. Believe me, it’s a good way of relaxation..
